Marking 100 years since America entered WWI, this production tells two stories, a century apart, from the battlefield of WWI to the home front in modern day. Charlie, coping with his father’s return from Afghanistan with PTSD, and Angela, a peace activist trying to make sense of it all, discover old letters and piece together the story of Albert, a 16-year-old preparing to go to war and Grace, a mother and nurse searching for her lost son in WWI. Through a historical lens, students will find meaning and lessons from the story.
