Artist Residencies

Artist residencies allow a performing troupe to engage the community on a deeper level during their performance run. Typically lasting 2-5 days, residencies consist of a variety of educational opportunities that explore an art form on a deeper level. Workshops, masterclasses, presentations and special performances are offered to the community and make up the residency experience. The Center has engaged artists such as Diavolo, The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles and Mark Morris Dance Group to present these opportunities.

Spectrum Dance Theater Residency

Join us as we team up with Spectrum Dance Theater to bring a week full of important community conversations, fun activities and educational opportunities to Northeast Wisconsin. This residency program, focusing on race relations in America, will encourage conversation and add insight to Spectrum Dance’s public performance of Rambunctious 2.0 on Friday, Feb. 10.
