How can I get tickets before they go on sale?

It's a common question at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, and one of the most enjoyable ways to beat the rush is to purchase group tickets through the Center's group sales department. It's easy, it's fun and it's a great way to share the performing arts. Groups can secure their seats for shows in the Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America® - Fox Cities, Boldt Arts Alive! and Spotlight Series or Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra seasons before tickets go on sale to the public. 
 

What kind of people make up a group?

The sky is the limit! Groups can include tour and travel companies, corporations, senior centers, student groups, church congregations, family, neighbors or even your Facebook friends. If you know a few people, and they know a few people - you'll have a group together in no time. Many of our shows offer a group discount, so not only are you able to be among the first to purchase tickets to great performances, your group saves money too!


What do I need to know before buying group tickets?

Group size minimum requirements vary by show and are generally between 10-15 people attending the same performance together. Please refer to the individual show page for the group minimum purchase requirement. Payment may be made in full at the time of purchase but is not required until approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the performance. This may vary per the show’s producer. The payment due date is reflected on the group sales invoice you will receive. Payment can be made with a major credit card or a check. Prior to receiving the payment, the quantity of tickets may be adjusted; however, the number cannot fall below the minimum requirement for the show. Once full payment is received, all sales are final and there are no refunds or ticket exchanges. Tickets are mailed to the address on file or may be picked up at the ticket office.
