Valet parking is available for most public ticketed events at the covered drive on Division Street. Please approach the valet drive from the north. Anyone who wishes to use valet service will be charged a nominal fee (cash or credit card). Anyone with accessibility needs may drop off in the valet drive.
Tickets held at the Will Call window can be picked up one hour prior to curtain time. Please be prepared to present your credit card, confirmation number or photo ID.
Coat checks are available and located between the main and valet entrances and on Dress Circle. There is no charge for this service and all gratuities are used to support our volunteer recognition program.
Booster seats are available for public ticketed performances at the main coat check in limited quantities.
Full beverage services are available on all levels of the theater for most events. The Center features premium liquors, wines, domestic and import beers, as well as soft drinks, coffee and bottled water. Food items and bottled water purchased at the Center are allowed in the theater as well as beverages purchased in the Center's souvenir cups. Credit cards are accepted at most concession stands. For your convenience, the Center offers preordered intermission beverage service. Please ask your bartender for details.
Restrooms are located on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Grand Tier levels. A family restroom with changing table is located on the Orchestra Level. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
Elevators are located on the east side of the lobby and service all seating levels. Elevators and all doors are also equipped with braille for access by persons with visual impairments.
There are a number of ATMs located in the downtown area. The closest ATMs are located at D2 Sports Bar, The Speakeasy Lounge, Katsu-Ya of Japan or in the lobby at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.
Lost items may be reclaimed at the information desk immediately following the performance. You may also call (920) 730-3782 the next business day if you have lost an item. Items remaining unclaimed at the Center for 30 days will be donated or discarded.
