Rhythms of the World
9:00 a.m . – 4:00 p.m. Houdini Plaza, downtown Appleton
Rhythms of the World is an annual community event that brings together children and their families from throughout the Fox Cities to celebrate music and dance from cultures around the world, in a very friendly and festive ambiance. Interactive audience participation is the hallmark of this annual family event. This year we will be featuring dances and music from African (sub-Saharan), African American, Caribbean, Chinese, European, Japanese, Indian, Indonesian, LatinX, Menominee, Philippine, Polynesian, and other cultures.
The Fox Cities P.A.C. is a proud partner and sponsor of Rhythms of the World thanks to support from Community First Credit Union. Stop by the Center’s table in Houdini Plaza between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to enter your name in a drawing for tickets!

Masks are welcomed, but not required to be worn by all patrons while in the venue. Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. This is the official page for this event at the Fox Cities P.A.C. Tickets are a revocable license and admission may be refused upon entry. Tickets obtained from unauthorized parties may be invalid or counterfeit and if so are void. The Center’s standard photo policy prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices in the theater. Photo policies may vary at request of the artist. Performances go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds. In the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance, ticketholders will be notified. Dates, times, prices, fees, artists subject to change. Ticket holder grants permission to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or recording of event.
