- Convenient, complimentary parking for motor coaches and buses
Exclusive group discounts are available for most of Boldt Arts Alive! Series, Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra, Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America — Fox Cities Series, Menasha Corporation Spotlight Series and Viewpoint Speaker Series performances. Depending on the show and performance date, groups may receive a 20% discount!
Groups can submit a reservation request for the upcoming season once it’s announced at The Reveal, receiving priority access to seats and tickets before they go on sale to the public. Once a group sales reservation is submitted, Abby will reach out to the group leader with confirmation that she has received the request and proceed with the remaining steps in the reservation process.
The group leader then verifies the assigned seating via an online invoice, letting Abby know if any changes need to be made prior to the final payment date, typically six-eight weeks before the performance. This gives you and your group time to collect the remaining amount and finalize details. Please note, all sales are final once payment is made.
Tickets are printed and mailed one month prior to the performance, along with parking verification for your group. Parking verification allows Abby to ensure groups traveling by bus will receive parking directions one week prior to the performance in an email, detailing what they should know before their arrival. The week of the show, groups will receive a final follow-up from Abby to address any last-minute questions or changes.
