Stay smart, buy safe: Official ticketing and new pricing policy information

To stay safe when looking for seats, avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Your Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s Ticket Office, foxcitiespac.com and Ticketmaster are the only authorized sellers for all events at your Fox Cities P.A.C. Tickets purchased from other sources are often priced far above face value and may be invalid or counterfeit, leading to a potential loss of money and disappointment on the day of your event.

Be careful before you click: Some resale platforms may have familiar names or look similar to Ticketmaster, but they are third-party sellers and your Fox Cities P.A.C. cannot guarantee the validity of those tickets.

Patrons who purchase tickets from unauthorized sources risk being turned away at the door, as your Fox Cities P.A.C. can only honor tickets purchased through its official outlets. Counterfeit ticket websites often appear at the top of internet search results. To avoid any inconvenience, your Fox Cities P.A.C. reminds ticket buyers to go directly to the following official channels:

In addition to protecting patrons from fraudulent ticket sales, your Fox Cities P.A.C. will also be making ticket purchasing more transparent by rolling out a new all-in pricing model.

Starting this year, the price we advertise is the total price you pay, with no added fees at checkout. Here’s how it works: When browsing for tickets, the displayed price will include all service fees… and that might make ticket prices seem odd at first. (Rather than round numbers, prices could instead look like $34.56). The reason for that is the Center’s commitment to giving you the best price without additional fees at the end of sale. Displayed prices will be the same from start to finish, so you won’t be surprised by your total when it comes time to pay.
