Tips to score HAMILTON Tickets

Broadway CenterNews
Planning to purchase tickets for HAMILTON? Here’s what you need to know before tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 14th.

1. If you’re purchasing online…
If you plan to purchase tickets online at beginning at 10 a.m., think of a few dates and times you are interested in and talk to any people you plan to see the show with ahead of time.
Follow the directions on screen at carefully, especially noting that refreshing the page may lose your place in line. For more information on the online purchase process, please visit Ticketmaster’s FAQ.

2. If you’re planning to come in person
Sales in person begin at 8 a.m. Patrons wishing to purchase in person may begin lining up at 6 a.m. at the Valet Entrance near the corner of Washington and Division Streets (parking available in the nearby Green Ramp). Doors will open at 7 a.m. and sales will begin at 8 a.m.
Ticket availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis so we encourage all patrons to be in line by 9:30 a.m. for the best opportunity to purchase tickets.
You’ll need to brush up on our security policy (no chairs, coolers, etc. will be allowed in the building). If purchasing by credit card, you will need to present your photo ID and the name must match that on the credit card you are using. If you are purchasing with cash, you may be asked to present a valid photo ID and your tickets will be held at will-call until one hour prior to your selected performance.
Make a day of it and shop and eat throughout downtown Appleton!

3. Make decisions and have options
No matter which way you decide to buy we recommend having at least THREE dates and times in mind, as we expect tickets to go fast. The best availability will likely be in the second and third week of performances. We also encourage you to decide on your price point ahead of time to speed up the process.

4. Know what to expect
Take a moment to visit and read through the FAQs so you know what to expect before the day arrives!
5. How to keep your tickets safe
#COVERTHECODE: Each ticket has a one-of-a-kind barcode, and when you share your tickets along with your personal information online, your tickets can be compromised. You can still share the excitement online, just make sure to #CoverTheCode by covering the bar code and any other personal information on your ticket.
6. Keep yourself safe
While it’s tempting to secure your seats wherever you can, remember that and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office are the only authorized retailers for Fox Cities P.A.C. events. Be sure to check the website before you click, look for the Official Facebook Event and always question tickets or prices that look too good to be true, or too expensive to be real.

7. How to celebrate
Awesome! You scored seats! Show us your happy gifs, memes and selfies using #HAMILTONFoxCities so we can celebrate with you!
