Fox Cities Performing Arts Center
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Board of Directors welcomes new leaders in the upcoming 2022-23 Season including Gabrielle Dow, Tim Heyroth, Amy Krahenbuhl, Wendy Rosploch and Mark Willson.
The Center’s Board of Directors thanks retiring members Judy Baseman, Jim Beré, Shaleen Devgun, Dr. Ray Georgen, Katie Kodat, Angelo Ninivaggi, Dr. David Toivonen and Becky Tuchscherer, who completed their service at the end of the 2021-22 Season.
“It is with heartfelt gratitude that we recognize and thank the retiring Board Members. The passion they have for live arts experiences was made evident in their dedication to the Center’s mission, vision and values,” remarks President and CEO of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Maria Van Laanen. “We are eager to welcome these new members onto the board. With their help, the Center’s mission of providing a multicultural, accessible gathering place where the arts come alive will continue to expand its reach and meaningful impact in our communities.”
Terry Timm will continue to serve as board chair. Terry retired in 2020 as Senior Vice President Product Manufacturing and Operations for Thrivent. He has served on the Center's board since 2014.
Ryan Downs has been elected to the position of vice chair of the board. Ryan is the president of GLK Foods and has been on the Center's board since 2018.
Tom Rettler will continue in his role as secretary-treasurer. Tom recently retired as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer with Menasha Corporation. He has been on the Center's board since 2019.
ABOUT THE NEW BOARD MEMBERS
Vice President of Marketing and Fan Engagement of the Green Bay Packers, Gabrielle got her start in this position in 2014. She oversees the Packers’ retail operations, digital and broadcast, marketing, brand engagement, business research and analytics and game presentation. Born in San Francisco, California, Gabrielle earned her bachelor's, MBA and law degrees from the University of Oregon. She has 27 years of experience in professional sports, entertainment, and venues. Prior to the Packers, Gabrielle worked with the Baltimore Ravens, NHL’s Florida Panthers, and AEG, marketing the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers. She also teaches a sports marketing and innovation MBA course to graduate students at St. Norbert College. In the community, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Wisconsin and the Green Bay Country Club.
Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer at SECURA Insurance, Tim Heyroth has held this position since 2021. Tim joined SECURA in 1997 and has achieved success in his diverse roles in IT, Agency Automation, Market Manager for Missouri and Illinois, Regional Sales Director for Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky and as Vice President–Sales. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. Tim has previously served as a board member for the Appleton Education Foundation and most recently, the YMCA.
Segment Human Resources Director for Illinois Tool Works Inc., Amy Krahenbuhl leads the HR function for the ITW Welding segment that encompasses Miller Electric Mfg. LLC. Amy began her professional career at ITW joining Miller Electric as a Human Resources Intern in 2004. She has over 17 years of progressive experience in human resources with global manufacturing corporations including ITW, Oshkosh Corporation and Ariens Co. Amy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and has earned a Lean Certification and Executive Coaching Certification.
Vice President of Digital Technology, North American Consumer Division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Wendy Rosploch leads cross-functional teams, driving sales and satisfaction for 11 trusted consumer brands. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Wendy held leadership positions at McDonald’s Corporation. Committed to community development, Wendy has served on the board of United Way Fox Cities for the past two years and is the current chair of the technology committee.
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, Mark Willson has many years of experience in corporate legal matters and private legal practice. This includes nearly 12 years as corporate counsel for the CUNA Mutual Group, an international insurance and financial services provider based in Madison, Wisconsin. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his undergraduate and law degrees, Willson is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has served on the boards of directors of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee and the Property & Liability Resource Bureau, which he also served as board chair.
