Ample parking is available in the City of Appleton’s downtown parking structures, the closest of these being the Green ramp. The Green ramp accepts debit and credit cards in addition to cash. Visitors will receive a ticket when entering the ramp and will pay upon exit at the walk-up pay station near the elevators or while in the exit lanes. As a reminder, multiple exit lanes are available on both the Division Street and Superior Street sides of the ramp. The Red ramp adjacent to the Red Lion Paper Valley Hotel is also available within a short walking distance.

$5 = more than 4 hours
For select performances, the City of Appleton may institute an Event Parking Policy.
During Event Parking the cost to use the Green Ramp will be $5, cash only, paid upon entry. Patrons will receive a validated ticket that will be needed to exit the ramp. This will be the only way to use the Green Ramp during the event. Please note that no credit cards will be accepted during Event Parking.
Event Parking will apply to all Broadway and Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra shows and may be implemented for other performances as needed.
Street parking may also be available. Parking meters are $0.75 per hour and are limited to two hours from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Meter parking and parking in the Green ramp is free after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Sunday and holidays.

Valet parking is available for ticketed events for a fee of $12. Cash, credit or Fox Cities P.A.C. gift cards are accepted. This service is available on the Division Street side of the Center beginning one hour prior to all public ticketed performances held in Thrivent Financial Hall and Kimberly-Clark Theater.
Patrons with accessible needs are welcome to use the Drop Off at the Valet Entrance to have closer access to the doors without using the valet service to park.
For public performances, buses will be assigned a specific parking spot in the immediate vicinity of the Center and meters will be marked “no parking,” allowing for bus drop off and pick up. The bus or buses may stay parked in their assigned spot for the duration of the show. Depending on how many buses are expected, the assigned spot may be on College Avenue, Division Street or Washington Street.
For daytime education series performances, all school buses are instructed to park in the lot directly behind the Center. Call the group sales department at (920) 730-3786 for more information.

Tickets held at the Will Call window may be picked up one hour prior to curtain time. Please be prepared to present your credit card, confirmation number or photo ID.
