Community Ticket Request

As a nonprofit, multicultural gathering place for the community, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center proudly gives back through its ticket donation program. The Center distributes tickets for Boldt Arts Alive! and Viewpoint Speaker Series performances to other local nonprofit organizations for use in their fundraising and community events.

Due to the large number of donation requests, the following guidelines have been established to help facilitate the review process. The Center’s community support committee will review all submitted requests, but please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled. Eligible applications need to meet the following criteria:

  • Due to the Boldt Arts Alive! and Viewpoint Speaker Series schedule, the Center will not be able to provide ticket donations for events scheduled May 2027 –June 2027.
  • Requesting organization is legally incorporated as a nonprofit organization with IRS 501(c)(3) status or is a school.
  • Events are open to and encourage public participation.
  • Organizations or events located in eligible counties within Northeast Wisconsin that support education, arts, culture, and community wellness initiatives.

Application Process

  • Requests must be made through the online application form and submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.
  • Donations are subject to ticket availability and the Center’s performance schedule. Due to contractual obligations, the Center is unable to donate tickets to select performances, including Broadway performances. Shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
  • Approved ticket requests must be picked up in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s ticket office at 400 West College Avenue, Appleton, Wisconsin by the requesting organization before the event date.
  • Organizations may be awarded tickets one time a year (fiscal year July 1 – June 30).

Examples of ineligible requests

  • Donations benefiting individuals
  • Events held exclusively for employees/members
  • Donations that will be used as door prizes
  • Requesting or hosting organizations/businesses that are for-profit
