Donate My Tickets

If you have tickets for an upcoming event at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and cannot attend, please consider donating your tickets back to us. All ticket donations will be forwarded on to our nonprofit partners in efforts to bring the live performing arts experiences to our community.

• All tickets must be donated a minimum of two business days prior to the event date.
• Your donation is 100% tax deductible for the full face-value of the tickets.
• You will receive an acknowledgement letter via email in 7-10 business days of your donation for your tax purposes.
• We are unable to issue a tax receipt for tickets donated the day of the show.

TO DONATE YOUR TICKETS (download PDF)
• Log in to Account Manager
• Select the event you’d like to donate and click Transfer
• Tap the specific seats you’d like to transfer and click Continue
• For the recipient, enter [email protected] for the email, “Ticket” as the first name, and “Donations” as the last name, then click Transfer to finalize.
• Once the transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your account are no longer valid and will not get you into the event. You cannot cancel a transfer that has been accepted.
