Reservation and Payment Policy

  • How reservations work
    • Submitting a group reservation secures your seats and removes them from public sale. Once your reservation is confirmed, a formal invoice will be issued to the group organizer.
  • Payment deadline
    • Full payment is due by the invoice due date listed. Seats not paid for by the deadline may be released.
  • Cancellations and Reductions
    • Because group seats are held exclusively for your group, cancellations or reductions after the payment deadline may not be permitted. We strongly encourage confirming your final count before reserving.
