Welcome to Make Music Day 2024! On Friday, June 21 more than 1,000 cities across 120 countries worldwide will be participating in and celebrating this global music event. This day is set aside to celebrate music in all its diverse forms and encourages people to come together.

Make Music Day Appleton is a live, free musical celebration with events at various locations in Downtown Appleton.

  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Moulin Rouge! The Musical Dance Workshop
  • 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. In Harmony Workshop — Inclusive Music-Making Fox Cities Performing Arts Center — Kimberly-Clark Theater
  • 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. Dragon Legacy Workshop Fox Cities Performing Arts Center — Kimberly-Clark Theater
  • 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. IndUS of Fox Valley Dance Workshop Fox Cities Performing Arts Center — Kimberly-Clark Theater

These events are free with community support from Community First Credit Union. 

Masks are welcomed, but not required to be worn by all patrons while in the venue. Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. This is the official page for this event at the Fox Cities P.A.C. Tickets are a revocable license and admission may be refused upon entry. Tickets obtained from unauthorized parties may be invalid or counterfeit and if so are void. The Center’s standard photo policy prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices in the theater. Photo policies may vary at request of the artist. Performances go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds. In the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance, ticketholders will be notified. Dates, times, prices, fees, artists subject to change. Ticket holder grants permission to use holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or recording of event.
