A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. The Fox Cities P.A.C. is proud to offer this service as a way to further enhance your experience.

• Instant access to tickets 24 hours a day on mobile devices
• The ability to manage, transfer, exchange, purchase, or sell your tickets when available. Season Ticket Holders will be notified via email a month before their performance and will be able to transfer/add tickets.
• Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets

• Broadway Ticket Holder (Wicked, Hadestown, Mean Girls, Hairspray, Disney's Frozen, Dear Evan Hansen) purchased at the Fox CIties P.A.C. Ticket Office (in person or phone)
• All other tickets purchased at Fox Cities P.A.C. Ticket Office (in person or phone)
• Tickets purchased on ticketmaster.com

 

Broadway Ticket Holder mobile tickets

• Visit am.ticketmaster.com/fcpac from your web browser on your smartphone. We recommend Google Chrome. Please note that tickets cannot be added to your mobile device from a computer or tablet.
• Click the sign in logo in the upper right corner and enter the email address used to purchase the tickets
• Use the same email and password for your Account Manager and Ticketmaster accounts. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create a password using the Forgot Password? link. 
• Once logged in, click the three lines in the upper left corner and go to My Ticket Management
• Select the event you are downloading to your phone
• Select the ticket under My SafeTix. For iPhone users, click save to Apple Wallet. For other users, click save to Google Pay.
• If there is more than one ticket, download each ticket separately.
• The tickets will appear in your Google Pay or Apple Wallet.

Non-Broadway tickets purchased in the Ticket Office (in person or phone)

Mobile tickets purchased on ticketmaster.com

• Download the Ticketmaster app or visit ticketmaster.com on your phone's browser and log in to your account. We recommend Google Chrome. Please note that tickets cannot be added to your mobile device from a computer or tablet.
• If using ticketmaster.com:
  • Sign in to your account and tap the menu icon on the top left and click My Events
  • Select the event you are downloading to your phone.
  • Once your barcode is displayed, add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  • If there is more than one ticket, download each ticket separately.
  • The tickets will appear in your Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
