Spotlight on Beetlejuice: The Musical Community Partner, Miller Electric

December 4, 2023

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC., a part of the Illinois Tool Works (ITW) family, stands as a global leader with a rich history spanning 95 years. Miller’s journey from a one-man operation to the world’s largest manufacturer of arc welding products is a testament to its unwavering dedication. Miller’s product line goes beyond welding; it plays a vital role in constructing the world around us, from bridges to aerospace and everything in between. As the cornerstone of ITW Welding, Miller Electric is not only the driving force behind a $1.9 billion revenue segment but also a company deeply rooted in giving back to the community.

Miller fosters a culture where community support is ingrained in its values, creating a positive impact every day. The Miller team is characterized as passionate, dedicated, and loyal. Their commitment extends not only to producing high-quality welding products but also to supporting each other and the communities in which they live and work.

Miller’s involvement with the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center (Fox Cities P.A.C.) exemplifies its dedication to cultural enrichment. Through Platinum Level Partnership, sponsorship of the Amcor Education Series, and active board involvement, Miller contributes significantly to the local arts scene. Additionally, Miller rewards employees with show tickets for exemplary projects and newcomers to the area, fostering a sense of community among team members.

“I personally enjoy the Fox Cities P.A.C. as it is a way for me to introduce the arts to my children at a young age and give them experiences with culture, diversity and other interests as they grow older and find their own passions,” Miller Electric’s Segment HR Director, ITW Welding, Amy Krahenbuhl shared. “I also serve on its Board of Directors to help shape the vision and future of the Center.”

The Fox Cities P.A.C. is also a way for us to drive inclusion and recognition for our Miller employees. This year, we are sponsoring Beetlejuice: The Musical and recognizing new United Way Leadership Givers by gathering together at the Center before we enjoy the show. We will host more than 50 employees and their guests, and they too will get to experience the energy that the arts have to offer!
