Below you will find the group sales reservation request form. If we are able to accommodate your request, a group sales invoice will be sent to you in the near future via email to review and return with full payment by the due date. If we are unable to accommodate your request, will contact you to discuss your request and availability. Seating may be limited and is subject to availability.
We do not endorse the reselling of tickets by brokers or third-party agencies. Group reservations that are placed over the phone or online with a mailing address outside of Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa or Upper Michigan may be subject to cancellation. Group leaders outside of the states listed above may be required to pick up tickets in person.
