WHERE THE ARTS COME ALIVE!

Health and Safety Policy

Upon reopening, the health and safety of audiences, staff, volunteers, artists and community will continue to be a top priority. The Center will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and consult industry experts and local health officials regarding recommended health and safety measures. Those practices and protocols will be decided upon and announced closer to the beginning of the 2021 Season.

COVID-19

COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: mask or face coverings, temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and law. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. Event Providers, Live Nation Entertainment, and Ticketmaster do not assume liability; the ticket holder will assume all risks involved. By continuing past this page you agree to assume full liability for any risks incurred before, during and after the event and agree to the current Terms of Use.

Q: Why did the Fox Cities P.A.C. adopt a security screening policy?
The Center's team regularly evaluates policies and procedures. We take patron safety very seriously and worked with local officials as well as industry leaders to develop a security screening policy and security procedures which we hope will provide peace of mind for our patrons, while also giving them the same exceptional visitor experience they have been enjoying for many years.

Q: How does it affect me?
You may wait a little longer to go through a security screening prior to entry. You may be asked to open your coat and empty your pockets if necessary. You may have your bag searched and you may be asked to return items to your vehicle. You will also have greater peace of mind knowing we’ve made your safety and security a priority so you can sit back and enjoy the show!

Q: When do you recommend we arrive to ensure we get to our seats on time?
Doors to the Fox Cities P.A.C. open one hour prior to each performance. We recommend patrons arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled performance to find parking, go through the security screening and find their seats.

Q: What if my tickets are at will call?
You must enter through the ticket office doors on the corner of College Ave. and Division St. in order to pick up your will call tickets.

Q: What happens if I arrive and my bag, or an item in my bag, is not permitted?
If your bag is larger than 8.5” x 11” x 5” (standard piece of paper), or items you are bringing are prohibited, you will be asked to return the bag and/or prohibited items to your vehicle. For your convenience, you also have the option of checking your bag or belongings at coat check.

Q: What if I have a medical device or need to have medical items available to me during a performance?
Medically necessary devices, prescriptions and other related items will be allowed. You may be asked to show your medical ID card or other identifying information, and bags or purses carrying such items are subject to inspection and size limitations.

Q: Can I still bring my Fox Cities P.A.C. refillable cups (clear with blue lid)?
Yes, we encourage patrons to continue to bring their refillable Center cups and to fill them at concessions as they always have.

Q: What if I have a diaper bag?
Diaper bags will be searched, but allowed in the theater for families with infants and/or toddlers.

Q: I’m an educator. How does this affect my visits to Amcor Education Series performances?
Backpacks that do not meet the size requirements for bags and purses may not be brought into the theater. Food, drinks and/or gum are also prohibited. Please contact our education sales department at (920) 730-3726 with specific questions about your visit. We ask that students leave their backpacks at school for Amcor Education Series performances.

Q: I’m hosting a meeting or event at the Center. How does this affect my guests?
Security procedures are tailored to each event in the building. Please contact your event planner, or call (920) 730-3782 with additional questions.

Q: What if I still have questions about this new policy?
We’re happy to answer them. Please call (920) 730-3782 (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.)  or email info@foxcitiespac.com to have your question addressed prior to your arrival.
