WHERE THE ARTS COME ALIVE!

Health and Safety Policy

Your health and safety are our top priorities.

We’re welcoming audiences back safely with an improved guest experience that will enhance your visit while following local, state and national and industry public health protocols. Because we are following the latest public health guidelines and staying up-to-date on data and trends, safety protocols may change but don’t worry – you will be notified by email prior to your performance with everything you need to know before your visit.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been quarantined due to exposure to COVID-19, we ask you stay home. For public, ticketed events please call the ticket office at (920) 730-3760 to talk through your options.

As of October 1, 2021, here's what you can expect:

Masks

  • All staff and patrons ages 2 and older are required to wear masks while inside of the venue and not actively eating or drinking. Masks must fully cover the nose, mouth, and chin. Prolonged periods of mask removal will not be tolerated and patrons who do not comply will be escorted from the facility with no re-entry.

Contactless experience

  • Your phone is your ticket to enter. All tickets have mobile delivery. You can learn more about mobile tickets here.
  • We encourage the use of mobile payments, credit or debit cards when buying tickets or concessions. Cash will be accepted at bars.
  • Mobile food and beverage ordering will be available beginning October 27.

Enhanced safety measures

  • The Center has created a touchless experience with the Evolv Express Security System upon entry (previous security measures remain in place).
  • Restrooms have been upgraded for automatic flushing and handwashing and are equipped with antibacterial soap.
  • Increased number of hand sanitizing stations.
  • Increased sanitation efforts before and after each performance.

All performances in the 2021-22 Season are expected to welcome full-capacity audiences. Rest assured, if we need to cancel any performance, the value of your ticket is safe and we will communicate your options to you at that time.
